Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received.
• Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be applied to a rescheduled date.
• Remaining balances must be paid before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices listed on the website or quote are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session forfeit the deposit.
• If you need to reschedule, I will work with you to find the next available date at no additional cost.
• If weather or emergency conditions prevent the session from happening, the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
• If I (the photographer) must cancel due to emergency, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Photographer Authority & Safety

• I reserve the right to end a session early, refuse service, or reschedule if safety, behavior, or location issues interfere with the session.
• If anyone involved behaves aggressively, is damaging property, or creates unsafe conditions, the session will end immediately with no refund.

4. Image Rights & Usage

• As the photographer, I retain full copyright to all images created.
• Clients receive a license for personal use only unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Images may not be altered, edited, or filtered without permission.
• You may share your photos online, print them, and use them for personal purposes.
• I may use images for my website, social media, marketing, and portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.

5. Model Release

By booking a session, you grant permission for photographs of you or your family to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out before the session.
No images will be used in a way that is harmful or inappropriate.

6. Delivery of Photos

• Standard delivery time is typically 7–14 business days, or as discussed for your specific session.
• Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
• Final images are delivered digitally through an online gallery or download link.
• Raw or unedited photos are not provided under any circumstance.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals cut into total session time.
• Clients are responsible for choosing outfits, hair, makeup, and bringing any props desired.
• For minors, a parent or guardian must be present at all times.

8. Location, Permits & Travel Fees

• Some locations require permits or fees. These must be paid by the client unless otherwise agreed.
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

9. Technical Issues & Liability

• In the rare event of camera failure, memory card corruption, or other technical issues, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
• If photos are lost, damaged, or stolen before delivery, you will receive a refund or a complimentary reshoot.
• I am not liable for clothing choices, hair setbacks, weather outcomes, or personal dissatisfaction unrelated to my direct work.

10. Agreement

By booking a session, filling out any form, or submitting payment, you confirm that:

• You agree to follow all policies listed
