Refund Policy
At William Lucas Photography, client satisfaction is our top priority. Because each session involves time, travel, and custom editing, payments are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your results, we’re happy to offer a complimentary re-shoot or additional edited images to ensure you receive the quality you deserve. This policy helps maintain fairness while guaranteeing every client leaves with photos they love.
